I was born in Nancy in the north east of France. I studied Languages and Law. After my marriage, I came to the US in the late 80s because my husband, a scientist, wanted to improve his English. We ended up staying here; we had two children. We always spoke French at home and spend a good part of the summer in France every year. I started to study in Pitt to become a French and Spanish teacher. And I started to work as a teacher in 2000. I started to work as French teacher for a public online school in 2007. I am also the director of the French cultural center in Pittsburgh.

I spend my time between Pittsburgh, France and also Israel where my daughter, her husband, and two kids now live.
